Creating Your Own Sport...
DUE: Monday February 4, 2013
FIRST POST ASSIGNMENT: I want you to think back to all of the games (sports) you played as a kid. They probably ranged from kick-the-can to backyard football. Think about all of the different rules you and your friends created. Think of how you kept score; how you may have kept stats. Now, I want you to think about creating a new sport.
By February, I want you to post the following parts for your first essay:
1. A description of your new created sport (One paragraph)
2. Rules and equipment needed (One paragraph)
3. Scoring system and how to win (One paragraph)
4. Environment your sport is played (One paragraph)
5. Rationale for why someone would want to play your sport (One paragraph)
It is your choice on how you organize your paper--just make sure you have all the required parts.
